About Dennis
I'm a Greater Phoenix Realtor based in Waddell, a father, a Christian, and the kind of person who wants to understand every moving piece before I tell someone what I think.

My story
I live in Granite Vista in Waddell—basically Surprise—and I genuinely love this corner of the Valley. I'm the guy who notices the new Prasada restaurant, the road project that changes a commute, and the builder incentive that looks better on a billboard than it does in the loan estimate.
My business is built around relationships, referrals, and preparation. I'd rather earn trust through a clear explanation and consistent follow-through than chase people with a sales pitch. Clients can expect detailed research, direct communication, and someone who stays engaged when a transaction gets complicated.
Outside of real estate, I'm a proud father and a longtime church member. I've spent years counseling high-school boys at Bible camp in Prescott—one of the places that keeps me grounded and reminds me that character matters most when nobody is keeping score.
Faith shapes how I try to show up: with integrity, humility, courage, and care for people.
Being a father is central to who I am. Home decisions are family decisions, and I never forget that.
Business matters—and I take it seriously—but people never become line items on a spreadsheet.
